It is with a heavy heart that we announce Hominy Southern Kitchen will be closing for normal service this Sunday, marking our final day of regular operations for the time being.

Due to ongoing staffing shortages and other unforeseen circumstances, we have made the difficult decision to pause and take the business in a new direction. This choice was not made lightly.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to our incredible community—our loyal guests, friends, and supporters—who have shared meals, memories, laughter, and love with us over the past three-plus years. What began as a restaurant became a place of friendship and culinary exploration, and we are endlessly thankful for every person who walked through our doors.

Our final days of regular service will be Wednesday through Sunday, with dinner served from 4–9pm, and brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11am–3pm. We would love for you to come in and share one last meal with us before we close this chapter.

While this is the end of normal service, it is not the end of Hominy. We will continue offering our catering services and will make the space available for private events, including receptions, rehearsal dinners, company parties, and family shindigs. In addition, stay tuned for pop-up chef’s table dinners, the return of weekend brunches, and other special events still to come.
